Social media sizes for churches
Churches usually need three social files, not one: a square for the feed, a vertical story, and a 16:9 thumbnail if the sermon is on YouTube. Fast Ministry Graphics exports those as separate deliverables so the type is composed for the frame it will actually appear in.

Write less than you think
The caption can hold the address, the parking note, and the second service time. The image holds the name of the thing and one fact. On a story, keep that type in the middle. The top and bottom are covered by the app’s own buttons.
One announcement, three files
Use the same title and the same style, and change only the deliverable. A flyer’s paragraph pasted into a square is how church social starts to look like a scanned handout.
Questions
Do I need a different size for Facebook and Instagram?
Not for a square feed post. One 1024 × 1024 PNG can go to both. Stories are the format that must be vertical.
Where do hashtags and the address go?
In the caption. They are not part of the graphic.
