Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Fast Ministry Graphics (the “service”). By using the service you agree to them. If you are using the service on behalf of a church or organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Accounts

You can try the service without an account using free credits. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in links are sent there. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

3. Credits, payments, and subscriptions

• The service runs on a credit system. One finished graphic costs between one and three credits depending on the quality you choose, and an AI edit or restyle costs one credit.
• Starter Pack credits are a one-time purchase and do not expire.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, contact us and we will try to make it right.
• We may change credit costs or plan pricing in the future. Changes will not affect credits or periods you have already paid for.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the text you submit and any images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content so we can generate and store your graphics.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload any image or content you provide.

5. Your graphics and how you may use them

Subject to these terms and payment of the applicable credits, you may use the graphics you generate for personal, ministry, and commercial purposes — including screens, print, social media, and merchandise — without attribution to us.

You may not resell the service itself, or offer it as your own AI graphic generator.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Create content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit.
• Impersonate a real person, or generate content designed to deceive or defraud.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Upload images of people without their consent.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or bypass the security or credit limits of the service.

7. AI-generated content

Graphics are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes — for example, misspelled words, distorted faces, or imagery you did not intend. You should review every graphic before publishing or printing it.

AI outputs can occasionally resemble existing works. We cannot guarantee that a generated graphic is unique or free of third-party rights, so you are responsible for checking before you use it commercially.

8. Our intellectual property

The service itself — including its software, design, branding, and prompt systems — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not grant you any rights in it beyond what is needed to use the service.

9. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as OpenAI, Stripe, Cloudflare, and Vercel. Outages or policy changes at those providers may affect the service, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

10. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every generation will match what you had in mind.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund unused purchased credits.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
