Privacy Policy

Last updated September 21, 2026

This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over your information when you use Fast Ministry Graphics.

1. Who we are

Fast Ministry Graphics is a web application that generates church and ministry graphics from a text description using artificial intelligence. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the service, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

  • Account details — if you create an account, your email address and, if you set one, a securely hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
  • Anonymous usage data — if you use the service without an account, we assign your browser a random identifier so your free credits are tracked. It is not tied to your name or email.
  • Content you provide — the text prompts you type, any images you upload as references, and the graphics you generate.
  • Payment information — when you buy credits or a subscription, our payment processor collects your payment details. We receive only a customer identifier, your email, and the status of your purchase. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Technical data — standard server logs, and aggregated, privacy-friendly analytics about page performance and traffic.

3. How we use your information

  • To generate graphics and return them to you.
  • To track and apply your credit balance, purchases, and subscription status.
  • To send you sign-in links and essential service emails such as receipts.
  • To prevent abuse, enforce fair-use limits, and keep the service secure.
  • To understand how the product is used so we can improve it.

4. AI processing

Your prompts, any reference images you upload, and any image you ask us to edit are sent to our AI model provider so it can generate or revise your graphic. By using the service you consent to that processing. We do not use your prompts or images to train our own models.

5. Service providers we share data with

We share the minimum data necessary with the companies that help us run the service. Each is bound by its own privacy terms:

  • AI generation and text processing — OpenAI (prompts, reference images, and edit requests).
  • Payments and billing — Stripe (payment details, email, subscription status).
  • Image hosting and storage — Cloudflare R2 (generated graphics and uploaded references).
  • Database hosting — MongoDB (account records and credit balances).
  • Transactional email — Resend (sign-in links and receipts).
  • Hosting and analytics — Vercel (server hosting, aggregated traffic and performance metrics).

6. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies that are necessary for the service to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and cookies that track your remaining free credits. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. How long we keep your data

Generated graphics and your design history are kept so you can access them again, until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. Credit, purchase, and subscription records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. Sign-in links expire automatically.

8. Your choices and rights

  • You can use the service without an account, using only anonymous credits.
  • You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • You can ask us to correct or delete your account and associated data.
  • You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
  • You can contact us to exercise any of these rights.

9. Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, and payment data is handled by a PCI-compliant processor. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

10. Children

The service is intended for use by adults and church staff. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. International transfers

Our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on our providers' safeguards for international data transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
