Business cards for pastors and staff

A church business card is a small landscape lockup: the person’s name, their role, the church, and a line or two of contact. It fails when it looks like a poster that was shrunk. Fast Ministry Graphics treats it as a card, with restraint and a lot of empty space.

What to include

  • Name, spelled exactly.
  • Role, then church name.
  • The contact you actually want used: phone, email, or site — not all three if they crowd the card.

Export size

The card face exports at 1536 × 1024 pixels (3:2). It is a designed front, not a 3.5×2 inch bleed file. Place it in your printer’s template if they require a specific cut size.

Questions

Can it include a headshot?

Only with that person’s consent. A type-only card is the safer default.
