VBS flyers and posts
A VBS graphic is a parent’s decision: ages, dates, daily hours, cost, and how to register. The theme name matters, and so does the last day to sign up. A poster that only says the theme name is a logo, not a flyer. Put the facts where they can be read in a grocery-store lobby.

The parent checklist
- Ages or grades, including whether a preschool class exists.
- Five dates or whatever the span is, plus the daily hours.
- Cost, or “free,” and what lunch situation you are actually running.
- Registration deadline and the one place to sign up.
A brief you can start from
VBS flyer, Letter, theme Harbor Week, ages 5–11, June 16–20, 9am–noon, register by June 1, cost $15, illustrated, not a photo of the ocean.Open this brief
Questions
Flyer, poster, or both?
A Letter or A4 flyer for tables and schools, a poster for the lobby with fewer lines, and a square post that points to registration. Same theme, fewer words as the format gets more public.
