How to brief a church graphic
The brief is the graphic. Fast Ministry Graphics reads a sentence, chooses a layout for the deliverable you named, and renders it. A useful brief names the format, the exact words, the facts that must be spelled right, and the tone. It leaves out everything you would not want printed.

Five parts, in this order
- Format: sermon slide, square post, story, flyer, poster, invitation, bulletin, logo, or photo.
- The words that must appear, in quotes if the spelling is fussy.
- The facts: date, time, place, ages, cost. Only the ones the reader needs.
- Tone or style: cinematic, minimal, bold, traditional. One, not three.
- A refusal: no address, no clip-art cross, no extra Bible verses.
Dates and names
Write the date the way it should be read: “December 24, 4pm and 6pm,” not “Christmas Eve-ish.” Write people’s names letter by letter. The model will invent a middle initial if you are vague, and it will occasionally misspell a word you did type. Read the file before it goes on a screen or to a printer. That review is part of making the graphic, not a courtesy.
What a credit buys
One graphic costs one credit. One edit — a new date, a cleaner layout, a different palette — also costs one credit. New visitors start with 10 free credits, without a card. The Starter Pack is $10 once for 25 credits that do not expire. Pro is $29 a month for 200 credits, or $279 a year for 300 credits a month.

Questions
Can I paste the whole announcement email?
You can, and you will get a crowded graphic. Delete until only the title and the facts remain, and put the rest in the caption or the spoken welcome.
What if the layout is right and one word is wrong?
Use AI Edit and name the word. Regenerating the whole piece in a new style spends a credit and throws away the layout you liked.
